This latest project for Edmonton Home Builders – Michael Homes Inc is a custom designed home to be built in the prestigious Black Hawk Estate located adjacent to the Back Hawk Golf Course.

This Black Hawk home, was designed in close collaboration with the new home owners to create their unique Black Hawk lifestyle. This home enhances and harmonises with the natural environment of the development as a whole. It also has been designed specifically for the site, as well as taking into account the local weather conditions while maximising the view.

We are excited as being selected to build this custom designed home as a positive contribution to the street and the well-being of its occupants. The client main brief is to create a new family home that is of high quality through out and environmentally friendly.

The Estates at Black Hawk are situated on one of Canada’s finest golf courses Black Hawk Golf Course, with the City of Edmonton is only minutes away for easy convenience. Work is to commence in the coming days, and we will keep you updated here on the progress of the house as it is goes through each stage to its completion. The main stages of house building starts with the plans, then the base, frame, lock-up and fixing.

This Black Hawk House Plan features 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The floor plan is for a 2600 sq/ft, bi level home design, and includes large Kitchen, separate Dinning Room, large open Foyer, a spacious Great Room with open fireplace, separate Laundry, a 3 car garage and a extensive outdoor living area.

1. Exterior Elevations – show the front, rear and sides of the house,
2. Detailed Floor Plans – show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc.
3. Cross Sections – show details of the house as though it were cut in slices from the roof to the foundation.
4. Foundation Plans – include drawings for a full, partial or daylight basement and/or crawlspace.
5. Interior Elevations – show the details of cabinets (kitchen, bathroom and utility room), fireplaces, built-in units and other special interior features.
