We know our strengths. Because of that, we created strategic partnerships with designers, engineers and architects to handle the pretty. This has created operational efficiencies that allow us to take on more projects than usual in a given year. If you have chosen an architect or a design you’ve already approved, we’re happy to work with you from whichever stage of the process you’re in and confidently complete your build.
We've enhanced communication with an online project dashboard.
When you work with Michael Homes Inc. every project is managed with ease using our online project dashboard tool. Clients receive private login information and are able to monitor project progress, communicate materials selections and stay on top of any potential snags that may affect the timeline.
This little addition to our process has not eliminated the need for that personal touch. We’re people-people, so we continue to reach out on a regular basis. What it has done is give the client a sense of control over the process and reduced any anxiety across the board.
