Our story
A builder with an investor’s perspective.
Michael started in the industry as a real estate investor and landlord before he became a builder. That gives our team a different view of every project: not only how it gets built, but how it performs once it’s finished.
For more than three decades, Michael has been most motivated by family. We treat every client like part of the family, and build every home to specification, with care and attention.
Our strength is the range and experience of our team. We work only with the most qualified tradespeople and suppliers, so that your new house becomes your new home.

Michael welcomes the projects most big box builders shy away from, from intricately detailed specifications to elaborate, multi-step installations, and he makes sure the job is done right the first time. He prides himself on communication.
It has been said that his greatest reward is the smile of relief on a client’s face when they take possession of a new home that is exactly what they wanted, and find the process was smoother than they expected.
