    Modular Homes

    Michael Homes Inc. has partnered with Nelson Homes and now offering Ready-to-Move-Homes design, manufacture and build the finest range of custom family floor plans and premium quality luxury RTM homes in Fort McMurray. RTM houses provide a superior owner investment and are a more cost effective and time efficient alternative over ordinary mobile, manufactured modular prefab buildings. We offer custom designs and many styles of pre-built Ready To Move homes, and RTM floor plans and foundations can include a full basement constructed out of concrete, wood or ICF insulated concrete forms.

    Panelized Systems

    Panel Homes in Fort McMurrayOur panelized walls offer a complete framing system, built with top grade Canadian kiln-dried lumber. Panels come in pre-built sections, have framed-in window and door openings, and OSB sheathing applied. This ensures quick framing time, lower labour cost, and less material waste. Roof trusses, wall panels and stairs are manufactured in factories, keeping the lumber from the elements of nature. This means straighter components due to less warping, twisting, and swelling. Manufacturing adheres to strict building standards and codes; components are thoroughly inspected at every stage. Owners benefit from the ability to build green, use environmentally friendly materials, and create less waste.
